It was a 2 hour wait. But I have to say Basin Tire did their very best to accommodate my, lets say picky + nature. I had bought the tires for my classic car from Basin Tire. So I had returned because I backed over a screw. I watched like a hawk and have to say very rarely do I let it out of my site. This is the 1st time the tech did not place his hand on the car to help himself up. Every other time the car comes back covered in fingerprints. It's a beautiful original paint job. And I do everything I can to maintain it. Like I said no fingerprints says a lot about how well they treated me, and my favorite 4 wheeled love. Thanks guys! We'll be back.
I left Less Schwab and switched to Basin. I should have switched a lot earlier. I have purchased 6 sets of tires in the last 2 years and in every instance i was given the upmost respect and great service.
Great place, great service and great prices. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and went the extra distance. From the person who answers the phone, the sales desk and the guys changing tires, they all were great. This is the second time I've bought tires from them after shopping around. I might as well stop all the calling around and just go to them! Highly recommend.
